Hey everyone,
I've been following the tragic case of Damion Gardner's hit-and-run, and something keeps bothering me. I've read a few reports suggesting that traffic in that area of Birmingham has been notorious for reckless driving incidents. Does anyone here live nearby or travel through there frequently? Have there been any efforts by the local authorities to make it safer, like adding more lights, installing cameras, or increasing police patrols? It just seems so senseless that Damion had to lose his life this way, and I can't help but wonder if the community is voicing their concerns for better safety measures in his memory. It could be a small step towards making sure no other family has to endure such a loss. Any thoughts or insights? Thanks.
I've been following the deeply saddening case of Damion Jermaine Gardner, and I recently learned something that really struck me. Apparently, at the time of the hit-and-run, there were several CCTV cameras around the area where Damion was hit. It makes me wonder if any footage captured the vehicle that hit him. It's unfathomable to think that someone could drive away after taking a life and leave a grieving family without answers. I truly hope the authorities are combing through all potential evidence to catch the person responsible. Damion deserves justice, and his family deserves closure. Has anyone heard any updates regarding this aspect of the investigation? My thoughts are with the Gardner family during this unimaginably difficult time.
