Something that strikes me about this case is the role of community safety technology like the Shot Spotter system. It's incredible how quickly it alerted authorities to the situation on 4th Avenue North. However, even with such technology, it's still so important for witnesses or anyone with information to come forward. The grieving families deserve closure, and every tip can make a difference. I can't imagine what Thomas Bailey's loved ones are going through. My thoughts are with them during this difficult time. Hopefully, we can all do our part to assist those leading the investigation. If you know something, say something. It could mean everything to a family in their search for answers.
