It's troubling how easily someone with dementia can vanish like Brenda Covington did back in February. I can't help but wonder about the areas beyond the initial search zone. Are there any water bodies or dense wooded areas nearby that weren't thoroughly explored? Sometimes, it feels like the search efforts slow down too quickly. With all the tech available nowadays, seemed like maybe drones or even more dogs could’ve been helpful to cover those hard-to-reach spots. Is anyone familiar with the surrounding terrain in Laurinburg who might have some insight on challenging areas that might've been overlooked?
