I can’t stop thinking about the impact this incident has had on the community. Frosting's Hair Salon is one of those local spots where everyone seems to know each other, you know? It’s so troubling to think that something so tragic could unfold in a place like that. I worry for the other employees and customers who were there - it must have been terrifying. Deon’s family must be going through so much right now, and I hope they get the support they need. It's just such a stark reminder of how quickly things can escalate if cooler heads don’t prevail. Anyone else think community intervention programs or conflict resolution workshops could help make a difference in preventing situations like this?
