Has anyone looked into whether Choc-Claudio might have been in contact with someone online? It's not uncommon for young immigrants to connect with distant family or friends through social media, which could explain why he left without a word. If he was planning a move to Georgia or Alabama, he might have arranged something through Facebook or WhatsApp. I wonder if his guardian noticed any recent activity or new connections on his social media accounts. It could be a lead worth pursuing to track down where he might be. Just a thought!
