It's really concerning how many cases like this pop up where children end up with non-custodial parents. From what I've seen in other cases, it's often a desperate measure by parents who feel like they have no other option. While I completely understand the emotional turmoil they might be going through, the priority always has to be the child's wellbeing. I wonder if there’s any way to improve communication and mediation services to prevent situations like this from happening. Anyone have thoughts on systems or organizations that have successfully helped families in preventing similar occurrences? Would love to hear more insights on this!
