Just wanted to take a moment to remember Kendall Jarrod Thornton Jr. and to express my sympathy to his family and friends during this incredibly difficult time. I've been reading about the case and something that's really bothering me is how it all happened so suddenly on his way to his dad's house. Such a short drive, just eight minutes from Inglenook to Winewood. I can't even imagine the shock his family must be going through right now. It seems like there were other vehicles in the area when it happened, and I'm hoping those witnesses can come forward with anything they saw. Every detail could be vital in helping to solve this senseless crime. It's scary to think that someone just driving home could be targeted like this. My heart goes out to everyone who knew Kendall, especially knowing he was such a promising young man, accomplished in sports and respected by his peers. I really hope the reward from Crime Stoppers encourages someone to speak up. Kendall and his family deserve justice and closure. Let's keep spreading the word and hope that the person responsible is brought to justice.
