I've been mulling over the whole situation with Mattingly's open trailer door. It's strange that her clothes from the bed disappeared while her purse came back. That detail is sticking out to me. Could she have returned briefly after the initial disappearance or did someone else? If she did come back, why not take the purse, something most people consider a necessity when leaving? It’s these little inconsistencies that are driving me nuts. If anyone has thoughts on what might explain this, I’d love to hear them. It's like pieces of the jigsaw are scattered all over, and we’re missing the crucial ones to see the full picture.
Has anyone else noticed how strange it is that Mattingly's purse was found back in her trailer but she was still missing? It almost seems like someone returned to the scene and left it there deliberately. Could it suggest that someone wanted to make it look like she left on her own? It feels off to me that her clothes were missing the day after but somehow her purse came back. I wonder if it’s someone who knew her routine and had access; it might be worth looking deeper into who could have had that opportunity. What do you all think about this peculiar detail?
