Has anyone here given more thought to the emotional impact on the employee who had to defend themselves during this tragic incident? I can't even begin to imagine what it must be like to live with that kind of experience. From what I understand, they were just doing their job when everything went sideways. I hope they've got a strong support system around them to help process what happened. It's easy for people to pass judgment, but being thrust into a life-or-death situation isn't something anyone can truly prepare for. Thoughts and prayers are with Josiah's family, of course, but also with the employee dealing with the aftermath. How different things might have been if everyone's path had taken another turn that day...
