Has anyone else been thinking about how bold the perpetrator(s) must have been to set that fire? It's chilling to imagine someone committing such a violent act and then potentially risking exposure or leaving clues behind with a fire. My heart goes out to Ladarrius's family and friends. I can't imagine the pain of losing someone in such a tragic way and still not having answers after all this time. It seems like setting the fire would have been a huge risk, considering how many people might have noticed suspicious activity at that time of night. I sincerely hope anyone with even a fragment of information will go to the authorities, as every bit could help crack this case. Brooks deserves justice, and his family deserves peace.

Does anyone have more info about the fire alarms at Watertown Lodge Apartments? It seems strange that a fire large enough to catch emergency responders' attention didn’t alert neighbors sooner. Were there any reports of malfunctioning alarms or anything like that in the weeks prior? It breaks my heart thinking about Ladarrius's family and how tough it must be for them not having answers. If the fire was intended to cover up a crime, it makes me wonder how well-prepared the culprit was, and if they’d considered everything. Anyone else in the area notice anything odd that night or notice issues with the fire systems before? Hoping someone here might have seen or heard something that seemed off at the time.
