Has anyone looked into the weather conditions around the time Thaina went missing? It might sound far-fetched, but extreme weather can affect someone's journey or even disorient them. Also, does anyone know if public transportation was running normally that day around her area? Could she have taken a bus or train to meet up with someone or head somewhere specific? I think these logistical details can sometimes provide new leads to explore.
