I can't stop thinking about the people who live in the Clearview Street area and what they must have witnessed on that awful night. It's one thing to hear about a murder happening in your town, but when it's right on your street, it must be terrifying. I hope everyone in the neighborhood is getting the support they need to process what happened. We often hear about the investigation and the suspects, but the impact on the community and those who knew Cory has to be immense. My heart goes out to those who live nearby and have this tragedy as part of their daily lives now. Everyone stay strong out there, and let's hope for a swift path to justice.
Has anyone else been following the case of Cory Tyron Mitchell's murder in Cottondale? I can't stop thinking about how surreal it must be for his family and friends to deal with such a sudden and violent loss. I recently read that Ernest Brown Jr. is still just considered a person of interest. It kind of makes me wonder, why hasn't there been more information about his involvement or any updates on the investigation? It feels like cases can sometimes just stagnate once the main suspect is arrested.
I really hope that anyone with information will come forward. It’s crucial for the community to work together, especially for Cory’s loved ones who deserve to see justice served.
