Hey everyone, I've been following the Tracy Ford case and I can't stop thinking about how much of a loss this is for the community. Ford wasn't just an administrator; he was a true advocate for education and really cared about making a difference. I read somewhere that he was heavily involved with the Leadership Academy at Samford University. It breaks my heart to think about all the future educators he influenced and the impact his mentorship had. We lost someone who was shaping the future of education, not just in his district but potentially on a much wider scale. For his students and colleagues, it's a massive void that I can't imagine being filled anytime soon. I hope those close to him find peace and comfort in the memory of his passion and achievements. How is the Fairfield school board planning to honor his contributions moving forward?
