I was reading about the tragic case of Ellis Lewis Embry and Timothy Lashawn Erby, and I can't help but think about the strain this must have put on their families and friends, especially with no answers or arrests after all this time. It's alarming to see this case still unsolved when so many are affected and yearning for closure. What caught my attention was the dramatic increase in violence in Birmingham around that time. With 144 homicides in 2021, I wonder how many of those have seen justice or have had loved ones waiting endlessly for answers. How can the community better support victims' families and push for progress in solving these cases? We need to keep the dialogue going and put pressure on those who might know something to come forward. Let's do what we can to bring justice for Ellis and Timothy. Thoughts and prayers to their families; may they find some peace.

Has anyone else been following this case? I can't help but wonder about the impact on the families of Ellis Lewis Embry and Timothy Lashawn Erby. It's been over three years now, and I can't imagine the pain of not having answers. Living with that kind of uncertainty must be incredibly difficult. I'm hoping that someone out there knows something that can finally bring some resolution to their loved ones. It's clear that the community wants justice and healing, but we need to rely on each other to speak up if we know anything. Even the smallest detail might be the missing piece investigators need. If there’s anyone local who has seen or heard something, please come forward. We owe it to Embry and Erby, and to ourselves, to make our city safer.
