Wow, what a terribly sad situation, especially for that little girl who had to witness such a traumatic event. I'm so grateful that the folks nearby were able to step in and care for her right away. It's nice to see the community come together in times like these, even in the face of such senseless violence. I really hope the new security measures, like the cameras the Salvation Army is planning on installing, can help deter future events like this. Anyone who knows anything about what happened needs to speak up—not just for Ricky, but for his daughter who now has to grow up without her father. Keeping the family in my thoughts during this difficult time. Let's hope justice is served soon.
