Has anyone else been following the case of Dwane Mitchell Scott? I came across some info that made me wonder about his visit to Maria's restaurant that night. The potential sighting at Maria's between 8:00 and 9:00 p.m. seems crucial, but there doesn't seem to be much info on whether he interacted with anyone there or what his state was like.
