I’m really drawn to the case of Phoeasha E. Hill, whose life was taken so tragically in 2010. It's gut-wrenching to think of her standing on her porch, a place that should've been a haven. I grew up in Milwaukee, and hearing about a resident shot in what should have been a safe neighborhood really hits home. I can't imagine the pain her family and friends have gone through over the years, dealing with the loss and the lack of answers. I’ve been combing through articles and forums, and it's frustrating how cases like hers fall through the cracks. I often wonder if it's due to a lack of resources or some small detail that was missed. It seems the Milwaukee PD is doing what they can, but it's the community's responsibility too, to step forward and share any information, no matter how minor it might seem. I hope that one day, someone finds the courage to speak up and bring some closure to her loved ones.
