I can't even begin to fathom what Amina's family must be going through right now. It's just so senseless. Amina had her whole life ahead of her, and for something like this to happen is just devastating. A drive-by shooting, out of nowhere... It's terrifying to think about.
What really gets me is the bravery her friends and family are showing by coming together and speaking out, even when their hearts are shattered. And Tracey Dent's willingness to voice the community's pain is truly admirable. I hope some justice is served and that those responsible are held accountable.
I wonder if there's been any more information released about why the car targeted that particular area or if it was just random violence. My thoughts are with Amina's loved ones.
