What's really weighing on my mind is why someone would do this to a 17-year-old who seemingly had his whole life ahead of him. It makes me think that someone in Carle's life might have known something or saw something unusual around that time. Keeping this story alive and sharing any small details we might have can be crucial. It’s a testament to his family’s strength that they continue to hope and push for answers. If there's anyone who was around the 1600 block of Devine Road back then or who suddenly heard or saw something suspicious, no matter how small it might seem, I urge you to come forward. Let’s not let this case go cold. Carle deserves justice, and his family deserves peace.
