Did anyone else find it odd that Carolen, or "Toni" as she was often called, was found off an interstate ramp? I was looking into similar cases around Virginia, and it seems like an unusual spot unless it was meant to be hidden yet accessible for someone who knew the area well. It's almost as if the location itself holds a clue we haven't seen yet. She had connections in both Forestville, Maryland, and Washington, D.C., so it got me thinking...was this someone from her circle, or maybe a random encounter from one of the areas she frequented? Also wondering whether anyone has looked into local traffic patterns or surveillance footage from that time—is it possible that someone saw something and didn’t realize it? My heart aches for her family and friends who have gone decades without answers. I truly hope they find the closure they deserve. If anyone has thoughts or theories, I'd be interested to hear them, and maybe we can bring some new perspective to this cold case.

Hi everyone, I've been diving deep into Toni's case, and something that's been gnawing at me is the location where she was found. The off-ramp from I-495 to Telegraph Road is a pretty busy area, even back in 1990 it would have seen a fair amount of traffic. I'm curious about how someone could have dumped her there without being noticed. I mean, was it done in the dead of night, hoping the darkness would conceal the act? Or was this person brazen enough to do it in broad daylight? It's possible that someone might have seen something out of the ordinary but didn't realize the significance at the time. If anyone was traveling that route on or around February 14 that year and might have witnessed anything unusual, please consider reaching out to the authorities. This could be the piece of the puzzle that's been missing for over three decades now. My thoughts are with Toni's family and friends. It must be incredibly challenging for them to carry this uncertainty for so long. Let's do what we can to help shed some light on what happened to her.

Does anyone else find it odd that Carolen's body was found so close to the off-ramp on Interstate 495? I keep wondering if it's possible that someone driving by saw something that could be vital to solving the case. I mean, I know highway traffic can move fast, but maybe someone caught a glimpse of a vehicle or person that seemed out of place? It feels important to revisit this angle and see if anyone who traveled that route back then remembers anything—no matter how small it may seem. I'm hopeful that with the increased attention on cold cases lately, someone might finally come forward with a piece of information that could make all the difference for Carolen's loved ones. They deserve some peace after all this time.
