Has anyone else been following the Roger Hammond case from Portsmouth? I find it strange that his body was discovered all the way over on Frederick Boulevard when he was last seen heading towards the Walmart on High Street. It's not the most direct route, and I wonder if there's more to the story about how he ended up there. Was he alone that whole time, or could someone have been with him? The lack of communication after he was last seen seems unusual too. It's unsettling how these details just don't add up. Keeping an eye out for any updates on the investigation. The community deserves to know what happened.
Hi everyone,
So I've been following the case of Roger Hammond since he went missing, and I can't help but wonder about the timeline between when he was last seen and when his remains were discovered. There's quite a gap there, from May to August. I know these investigations take time, but does anyone else feel like it took an unusually long time to find any trace of him? Considering he was found on Frederick Boulevard, which isn't that far from High Street, it feels odd that it took three months.
It's tough to pinpoint what happened without more information, but I’m curious if there are changes happening in local search efforts after this. You’d think there’d be more frequent checks in areas like parks or walking routes. I’ve heard of cases elsewhere improving search tactics after incidents like this – maybe this will push for something similar in Portsmouth?
Would love to hear your thoughts or insights.
