Roger Hammond, a 77-year-old man from Portsmouth, Virginia, was reported missing on May 2, 2023. He was last seen near the 3600 block of High Street, reportedly heading toward a nearby Walmart. At the time of his disappearance, Hammond's family and local authorities were concerned about his safety, given his age and the absence of communication following his last sighting.
