I've been following the case of Waverly Leroy Cameron Jr., and it's so distressing that it's still unresolved after all these years. I can't help but wonder about the community surrounding the area where he was found. The Effingham Street on-ramp area back in '96—was it a known spot for trouble, or perhaps isolated enough that someone thought they could get away with something heinous? Sometimes the areas themselves hold clues that might not be obvious initially. What really touches me is thinking about Waverly’s loved ones, still waiting for answers. It's unsettling to think about how someone might have seen or heard something and not realized its importance. I truly hope that someone, anyone, can come forward soon with information that delivers the closure Waverly’s family so deserves. Does anyone from the area around that time recall anything unusual about the on-ramp location? It might sound trivial, but sometimes the smallest bit of information can lead to a breakthrough.
