It's been over a decade since Eric Mario Carballo was tragically taken from his family and friends, and I can't help but feel frustrated about the lack of progress in this case. It's baffling that something like this could happen in a residential area, yet there are seemingly no witnesses or leads. I was reading about the Aragona section of Virginia Beach where the incident took place, and it struck me how close-knit some of these communities are. Surely someone must have seen or heard something, even at that late hour. Maybe there's fear or hesitation in coming forward, but keeping silent only prolongs the pain for Eric's family. They deserve closure and justice. If anyone out there knows anything, no matter how small or insignificant it seems, please consider contacting law enforcement. Your information could be the missing piece of the puzzle to finally bring justice to Eric and peace to his loved ones. Let's not forget him or let this case continue to gather dust.
