Has anyone heard about Edward Wendt who went missing near the Wailua Valley last year? I came across this case while browsing through some older missing persons reports and something about it just doesn't add up to me. I mean, how does someone just vanish into thin air like Edward did, especially in such a remote area? It's baffling that only his fanny pack was found with his things—a super critical clue but no sign of him. If someone has any theories or insights about the terrain over there or maybe any local legends or wildlife that could be relevant, I’d love to hear more. Could really help us piece together what might've happened or which leads are worth following!
Hey everyone,
I'm curious about something in Edward Wendt's case that might not have been discussed much. It’s about his fanny pack being found in the field. I’ve been thinking about it a lot. If his personal effects were still inside, does that mean he left it there intentionally to go somewhere without those items? Or is there a chance someone else placed it there? It seems odd because most people would keep such important things with them if they were simply wandering around the area, right? Could it indicate that he might not have ventured far from where he was dropped off, or that he planned to come back for it? I’d love to hear anyone’s thoughts or similar experiences. It feels like a crucial piece that could help understand his intentions or the sequence of events that day.
