I recently started diving into Timothy Vondrell Jenkins' case, and one detail that's been bothering me is the choice of location for the shooting. Interstates are usually bustling with traffic, yet the perpetrator managed to get away without being caught or even identified. I can't stop thinking about how risky it would be to pull something like this on a busy road. From the lack of witnesses and the fact that the case remains unsolved, it seems whoever did this had to have been incredibly stealthy or perhaps even known the area well enough to exploit the gaps in traffic. Does anyone know if there were any similar cases around that time in Norfolk? Maybe looking into patterns might give us some clues or at least point us in the right direction. My thoughts are with Timothy Jenkins' family and friends. Hopefully, with continued efforts and more eyes on this case, there can be some breakthrough soon.
