Hey everyone,
I'm really baffled by the case of Jaquan Clark from 2015. I've been digging into it a bit, and something that keeps coming up in my mind is the response time. The Whitcomb Court area has had its share of issues, and I'm wondering if it took longer than usual for help to arrive that night. Carmine Street isn't exactly remote, so why weren't officers able to prevent this before it escalated to a triple shooting?
It seems like these critical minutes could have made a real difference for Jaquan and the other victims. I can't imagine the pain his family must feel not knowing precisely what happened or why. If anyone familiar with the area has insights into the emergency response in that part of Richmond, I'd love to hear your thoughts. It might open up a new angle for understanding this case better, and who knows, maybe even help others reach closure.
Thanks for reading and sharing anything you might know.
Stay safe,

Just wanted to say how deeply sorry I am for Jaquan Clark’s family and friends as they continue to search for answers. It’s been almost eight years, and it’s frustrating that the case still feels stagnant. I can't even imagine the pain of not knowing what happened.
Does anyone know if there's been any progress with community outreach or increased police presence in Whitcomb Court since that tragic night? It's really concerning that no motive has been identified and that those responsible are still out there. I wonder if there’s been any movement with new technology or if anyone in the community has come forward with information since then. It would be such a huge relief to see some justice for Jaquan and to give his loved ones some peace. If anyone has updates or ways to support his family, please share.
Stay safe, everyone.
I’ve been thinking a lot about the role the community plays in cases like Jaquan Clark’s. It must be incredibly difficult for his family and friends to deal with the uncertainty of not knowing who did this or why. It just seems so senseless. One thing that keeps coming up in discussions is how essential it is for locals to share anything they might know, even if it seems insignificant. Sometimes, it’s the smallest piece of information that can crack a case wide open. I can’t imagine the frustration his loved ones feel not having answers. My heart goes out to them. If there’s anyone reading this who might have been around Whitcomb Court back on that day in December 2015, maybe overheard something—please consider speaking up. Your voice could make all the difference in bringing justice for Jaquan and providing some much-needed peace to those who cared about him.
