I’ve been reading through the threads about Earl Joseph Greene Jr.'s case, and one thing that really stands out to me is the location where his body was found. The intersection of Routes 11 and 30 isn’t exactly secluded, yet no one seems to have witnessed anything suspicious back in August 1980. It makes me wonder if whatever happened took place elsewhere and his body was later left at the river. Has anyone local ever talked about whether there were any shady areas or businesses nearby back then? Sometimes, small details like the kind of traffic or characters that frequented an area can offer small but significant clues. I can't imagine how Earl's family copes with the lack of closure for so long, and any new perspective or memory might just be what’s needed to shake something loose in this puzzle. If anyone remembers anything, no matter how trivial it might seem, it could make a real difference. Thoughts?

I was reading through some old news articles about the unsolved case of Earl Joseph Greene Jr., and something struck me about the location where his body was found. Considering that the river near the intersection of Vermont Routes 11 and 30 is a bit secluded, it makes me wonder if the location was chosen deliberately by his killer(s) to avoid being spotted. Did anyone back in 1980 notice any suspicious vehicles or people lingering around that area? It’s just so tragic that his family has had to live without answers for all these years. I truly hope that someone who knows something might finally come forward. It’s the least anyone could do for his loved ones, to give them a chance to find some semblance of peace and justice after all this time. If anyone has any thoughts or theories about the location or the movement there back then, I’d love to hear them.
