I’ve been thinking a lot about the guys who were seen in Manuel "Babe" Garcia's Thunderbird near the Jordan River Parkway. It seems odd and suspicious, doesn't it? If anyone remembers the local scene back in 1980, what were those areas like in terms of safety and visibility, especially around 8 a.m.? I wonder if someone out for a morning walk or jog might’ve spotted anything out of the ordinary. Considering the time and place, there surely had to be someone who might recall seeing those two men or something that might seem small but could be significant. Garcia’s family deserves answers, and it’s devastating to think how mysteries like this seem to linger for decades without resolution. Maybe it's time to revisit local memories to see if new connections can be made.
