I was just reading about Sharon McCool's case again and it really got me thinking about how much technology has evolved since 1998. It’s truly amazing to see how forensic science can now analyze even the tiniest pieces of evidence that might have been overlooked back then. The fact that investigators found evidence under her fingernails gives me hope that they’re zeroing in on the right path. I can't even imagine what her family went through all these years without answers, and I truly hope that the advances in DNA analysis bring them the justice they’ve been waiting for. It feels like it's just a matter of time until they crack this one open with the new methods they've got. Anyone else following any cases where they've used similar techniques to solve a cold case?
