I’ve been reading through the details of the tragic murder of Shaoxiong and May He at The Asian Garden, and something has been on my mind. It's been over two decades, and I wonder if the suspect might have bragged about it somewhere, thinking they got away with it. People who commit such heinous acts often can't resist talking, even if it's just to themselves in a journal or to someone they trust. It's incredibly sad to think about the children growing up without their parents due to one person's greed and violence. These moments break families and communities, yet somehow the case remains unsolved. Does anyone know if there have been any specific leads on this, or if the San Antonio Police Department ever made any appeals in later years for witnesses who might have overheard something? It’s crucial to continue sharing and discussing these cold cases in our communities so that someone, somewhere, might come forward with that missing piece of the puzzle.
