Has anyone looked into the shelters or soup kitchens in Sacramento and Yolo counties for any information on Barnett, aka SHAMAD/Tumad? Sometimes that's where records might be kept, or the folks there might recognize him if they've seen him recently. It might be worth checking to see if he's visited any of these places recently. Just trying to think outside the box to find some more leads—missing since 2018 is a long time, and it's possible he might have crossed paths with someone who remembers him.
I stumbled upon this case of Barnett—he's been missing since 2018 and goes by the aliases SHAMAD and Tumad. What I find puzzling is how someone with law enforcement contacts in both Sacramento and Yolo County can just vanish without leaving any trace. I keep thinking there must be some record or interaction that might give clues to his whereabouts. Has anyone looked into whether there were any sightings or reports in neighboring areas since then? Hey everyone, I just stumbled across the case of a missing person named Barnett who hasn't been in touch with his family since 2018.
