Hi everyone, I've been following the Luis Cisneros case from 2007, and I can't help but wonder about the lack of security footage or eyewitness accounts. It’s hard to believe that in a residential neighborhood, with people going about their daily routines, there was nobody who saw or heard something that could help the investigation. Have there been any neighborhood watch updates or any reports from nearby businesses that might have had cameras running? It's such a tragedy that his family is still waiting for answers more than a decade later. If anyone has insights or can think of something that might have been missed, please share. Every little bit helps in getting justice for Luis. Thanks, and sending strength to those who knew and loved him.
