The Cisneros family, including his daughter Priscilla Cisneros and mother Anita Solis, expressed their enduring grief and desire for justice. Priscilla Cisneros stated, "We just want to end this... It's been a long six years and we want it to be over with so we can try to end this chapter of our lives and try to move forward".
As of March 2, 2014, Ramiro Benjamin De La Rosa, also known by the alias Ramiro Saucedo, was listed as a fugitive with an active warrant for his arrest. He is described as a Hispanic male, 6 feet 2 inches tall, weighing 200 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes. Crime Stoppers of San Antonio has offered a reward of up to $5,000 for information leading to his arrest.
