Hey everyone, I'm hoping someone here might have some insight or thoughts. I've been following the case of Jose Joaquin Solorio-Luna, who went missing after moving from Santa Rosa to Fairfield. The thing that's really puzzling me is the timeline of events. It's been noted that he was last seen by his father possibly in the spring of 2022, but the missing person's report wasn't filed until June 2024. That's over two years without official documentation. Does anyone have any ideas as to why there might be such a significant delay in filing? Could it be an issue with jurisdiction since he was originally from Santa Rosa and then ended up in Fairfield? Or maybe it was just hard for his family to track him down given his situation living on the streets? Would appreciate any thoughts or insights from those who have looked into similar cases. Thanks!
