Has anyone been following the Cogdell case? What's puzzling me is why he was on foot when he was last seen on 11/04/2024. It makes me wonder if his car broke down or if he lived nearby and just chose to walk for some reason. Has there been any info about where exactly he was walking from or to? I keep thinking that might give us more insight into what was happening that day. Thanks in advance to anyone who can shed light on this!
