I've been following D'Andre Mayfield's case closely, and something that really troubles me is how Kenneth Banks managed to evade capture for so long. It makes me wonder about the systems in place for tracking suspects and why someone like him, who was linked to another serious crime, wasn't apprehended sooner. It's terrifying to think that a person considered armed and dangerous could be roaming free. This has got to be incredibly painful for D'Andre's family and friends, knowing the person responsible isn't behind bars yet. They deserve answers and justice, not to mention some peace of mind. If anyone in the Denver area knows anything, even the smallest detail could help police track Banks down. I hope this added attention can finally bring the closure D'Andre's loved ones need.
