Has anyone looked into the possibility that Ms. Lovenguth might have been moved to a different facility without proper documentation? I've heard stories of elderly residents being transferred for various reasons without family being notified immediately. Since her son, who was her last known caregiver, has passed away, there might have been some miscommunication or oversight. It might be worth checking nearby towns or even neighboring states to see if other nursing homes have her listed under a different name or record. Thoughts?
