Did anyone dive into the CCTV footage from the ATM in the downtown area where Jazlyn was spotted? I've been following this case closely, and something caught my attention. When she was supposedly seen, the timestamp shows 3:47 PM, but it seems odd to me since that area would usually be bustling with people and there were almost none around. Did anyone else notice that?
