Just came across this case, and I'm really feeling for the Barboza family. Being 38 and having a whole life ahead, it's incredibly sad to think about. Something that caught my attention was the timing of his passing, just a few months after Hurricane Ike hit Houston. I can't help but wonder whether the aftermath of the storm played any role in the difficulties he might have faced. Sometimes these natural disasters have far-reaching effects that aren't immediately apparent. Does anyone else have insights into how the community was doing during this period? It must've been tough for everyone involved. My thoughts are with those who knew and loved him.
