Reading about the murder of Lyle Robert Kastner has been truly unsettling. I can't even begin to imagine the pain his family and friends are going through. The fact that he was just doing his job and ended up losing his life while trying to protect someone else is absolutely tragic. It’s so frustrating that from what I understand, the assailant not only committed such a heinous act but even had the audacity to steal Lyle's weapon before fleeing. I'm really glad that both Crime Stoppers and the families involved are offering rewards for any information. It shows a strong community effort to bring the person responsible to justice. It’s these acts of collective support and determination that might eventually lead to a breakthrough. I truly hope someone comes forward with valuable information soon, bringing some semblance of peace to his loved ones. The world needs more people like Lyle, not fewer. Keeping his family and colleagues in my thoughts.
