I've been reading through the threads about Rene Wells, and something that struck me is how this happened right on East Colfax Avenue. Isn’t it usually bustling at that hour? I find it hard to believe there weren’t any witnesses, given how many people hang out around there even into the early hours. I've heard some areas have surveillance cameras. Does anyone know if that spot has any? Maybe someone caught something on video that could help out the investigation.

It's really tough to see the pain his family and friends are going through. If anyone has any tips or info that could help bring justice for Rene, it might be a good idea to nudge them to those channels, like Crime Stoppers or directly to the Denver PD. They deserve some closure after losing someone so cherished.
I’ve been thinking a lot about the Rene Wells case lately, and something that baffles me is how, even with the shooting happening in such a bustling area, there were no witnesses who came forward. Colfax Avenue is usually so busy, especially around 2:00 a.m., and it seems odd that no one saw or heard something. I wonder if people were just scared to speak up, or if the late hour made it tough for anyone to remember details clearly. It’s a tragedy that Rene, who was cherished by so many, hasn’t received the justice he deserves. Does anyone else think there might be more to the silence surrounding this case? My heart truly goes out to his family and friends. I hope someone finds the courage to come forward with information soon.
