Does anyone else find it disturbing how the investigation seemed to focus more on the chaotic nature of the riot rather than the individuals involved, particularly Roger’s passing? From what I've read, it seems like the authorities were overwhelmed by the sheer scale of the incident, given the number of people involved, but in doing so, I feel like Roger's case didn't receive the singular attention it desperately needed.
We know the shooter was aiming at security personnel, which is terrifying on its own, but why did it take so long to gather substantial leads or identify the individual responsible? Was it really just the immense chaos that made it so difficult to get answers? It's heartbreaking that in all this madness, an innocent young man lost his life, and we're still here, thirteen years later, without closure. Maybe it's time for a fresh set of eyes on the case? Just hoping for justice for Roger and some peace for his family.
