Hey everyone, I've been following the case of Jaydon D Durden closely since I first heard about it, and something that's really been puzzling me is the timing of when the case got entered into NamUs. It seems like it took a full week after Jaydon was last seen (November 25th) before he was registered into the system on December 2nd. Does anyone know if this is typical procedure for teenage disappearances? I’m just wondering if there are specific protocols that might explain why it wasn't entered sooner. Maybe there were circumstances we aren’t aware of that caused the delay or perhaps it’s just standard operating procedure. Any insights or similar experiences with NamUs would be much appreciated!
