It's so puzzling to me that Carlina's case seems to have so few leads, especially given the community resources available in Philadelphia. You'd think that someone might’ve seen something on December 15th that could help piece together what happened to her. It makes you wonder about the role of community awareness and how crucial it is for people to report even the smallest details. I read that many times people don't come forward because they think what they saw isn't relevant, but sometimes it’s that tiny piece that can make all the difference. Has anyone heard if the authorities have received any reports from the public, or if there are plans for more outreach efforts in the area? Every bit of awareness could be vital in bringing Carlina home.
