Has anyone else been following the case of Johnnie Larry Halliburton? I recently stumbled on his obituary and my heart goes out to his family, especially his mom JoAnn and his kids. I'm having a hard time wrapping my head around the lack of publicly available information on the circumstances of his death. It seems like there should be more out there, but it's like hitting a wall. I did a bit of digging, and apparently, the Fort Worth Cold Case Unit is on the case. I really hope they make progress. His family deserves to know what happened, and Johnnie deserves justice. If anyone has anything to share, please reach out to the detectives. Keeping his family in my thoughts during this tough time.

I've been thinking a lot about the unsolved case of Johnnie Larry Halliburton from Fort Worth, and I can't help but feel for his family, especially his surviving brother, Dominic. Losing a sibling is an unimaginable pain, and to not have answers about what happened only makes it worse. Dominic's life must have changed completely that day, and the uncertainty must be a constant struggle.
I wonder if there's been any movement on the case recently—does anyone know if the Cold Case Unit has released any updates or if any new leads have emerged? From everything I've read, they seem really committed to solving these old cases and bringing justice to families like Johnnie's. The number for Detective Galloway is still out there, so hopefully, somebody with information felt compelled to reach out.
If anyone hears any new information or wants to discuss, please share. Hoping for some breakthroughs soon, not just for Johnnie, but for all the victims still waiting for justice.
