Has anyone else been thinking about the lack of guardrails or better lighting on the service road where David Rajski's tragic accident happened? The area around the Northwest Loop 820 service road can be pretty poorly lit and confusing, especially for young drivers who might not be as experienced. It's such a devastating loss for David's family, and I'd hate to see something similar happen again. Has there been any talk about making improvements to that road since the accident?
