Hey everyone, I've been reading about Kenneth Frazier's case, and it really got me thinking about the role that community involvement plays in solving crimes. It's deeply troubling how his murder, amidst a surge in homicides at the time, seemed to highlight the difficulties faced by law enforcement. I can't help but wonder, could more community outreach and education have helped identify crucial witnesses that might've been too scared or uncertain to come forward? It's sad seeing cases like this where justice is delayed because people might not feel empowered or safe enough to share what they know. I hope that with increasing awareness and perhaps newer technologies, authorities can provide the support and protection necessary for people to step up and help bring criminals to justice. Sending all my thoughts to Kenneth's loved ones who are enduring such a difficult time.

I've been following Kenneth Frazier's case closely ever since I first heard about it. It's deeply upsetting to think of his family waiting for answers all these years. The surge in violent crime that year was terrifying, and it feels like his life was caught in this tragic wave. I'm particularly curious about how the community responded back then. Were there any neighborhood watches or community meetings initiated around that time to help curb the violence? It's tough to imagine the frustration with the murder clearance rates being so low. I really hope newer forensic technologies can finally bring some peace to his loved ones. If anyone knows about community responses or could share more about what was happening around the time of his passing, it would be appreciated.
