Hey everyone, I've been thinking a lot about Corey's case lately, and something that really stands out to me is how young he was. Just 20 years old, with his whole life ahead of him. It's so infuriating and sad to realize that his potential and dreams were cut short. Reading about his case, I can’t help but think about his family and friends in Beaumont who had to usher in the New Year with such a devastating loss instead of celebrating. The lack of leads is really concerning, especially since there’s no closure for his loved ones. I can’t fathom the pain they must be enduring, not knowing why this happened or who is responsible. It seems like Houston took a really hard hit that year, not just from crime rates but from the devastating impact each case left behind, like Corey’s. I truly hope that more information comes to light and that there is justice not just for Corey but for all the families affected by the violence that year. Keeping his family in my thoughts. If anyone has any theories or additional information about that time in Houston or any initiatives that might help, please share. Let's keep talking about Corey and support his family the best way we can. Take care, everyone.
