I recently came across Edgar Salcedo's case and it really got to me. It's been several years now, and I can't imagine what his family must still be going through, not having answers or justice for Edgar. It's just so unsettling to know that his murder happened in a public place, and yet, we're still in the dark about what exactly went down that night.
I work near Lockwood Drive and it’s always busy. It’s hard to believe that no substantial leads have come up given all the traffic and people around. There's got to be someone who saw something or knows something. I think sometimes people might be afraid to come forward, but sharing even the smallest detail could be crucial.
If anyone here is from the Houston area or has connections there, maybe we can try spreading the word again through social media or local groups. Keeping Edgar's story out there could help jog someone's memory or encourage a witness to speak up. I just hope his family finds the answers they've been desperately waiting for.
